Hey, I'm Cathy! Level 5 Health Coach, and I've walked the hormonal rollercoaster myself—PCOS and prolactinimia, yep, both! So, trust me, I get the struggle. My 'wellness journey' kicked off during my time living in Thailand. After years of travel, I realised I was totally disconnected from my body and not looking after myself at all. Seeing how other cultures prioritised real, healthy food and their health and wellbeing was my wake-up call. I transformed my lifestyle to live every day to the fullest.
Yoga instructor since 2017, and now? I'm combining my movement practice with health coaching. Why? Because I'm passionate about empowering you to take charge of your life, just like I did.
Your journey matters to me. I want you to feel amazing in your clothes and totally confident in your body. Trying to conceive? I'll be your biggest cheerleader!
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me on the water paddleboarding, hiking, or practicing yoga. Or, I'm experimenting in the kitchen. Travel is my passion, and I LOVE the sunshine and a cheeky festival to dance all day!
