Hi, I'm Cathy

I’m a Health Coach with a Level 5 Diploma, and I’ve been through my own health struggles, so I get how tough it can be. My passion for wellness really took off when I lived in Thailand, Vietnam and then India, where I saw how different cultures approach food and health. Taking inspiration from these cultures, I’m all about using whole, natural foods to create lasting, sustainable habits.

I became a yoga instructor in 2017 and recently, I transitioned from working in charity to health coaching, driven by my desire to support people in achieving their best selves.

My coaching is flexible—no rigid diets here! I’ll help you build healthy habits that fit your lifestyle, so you can feel more energised, balanced, and confident without feeling restricted - best of all, we'll actually find something that works AND sticks!

When I’m not coaching, I’m staying active with tennis, paddleboarding, hiking, and yoga, or experimenting in the kitchen. I love to travel and am always curious about how other cultures approach wellness. Let’s work together and get you feeling your best!
